HTP is long established Practice, based in Richmond, Surrey. We work in mainland UK, and overseas. We have experience in many Planning Authority areas including Richmond, Kingston, Hounslow, Spelthorne, Elmbridge, Barnet, Croydon, Camden, Kensington and Chelsea, Test valley, Waverley, Greenwich, Hertsmere, Wokingham, Hertsmere, Ealing, Westminster, Southwark, Islington and Stroud. We have the skills and experience to design projects, prepare Planning Applications, and achieve Planning Consents. Our success rate is extremely high. Every project is unique and designed to Client requirements, whether it is ultra modern or a more traditional style building. For remodelling private homes in an urban setting, particularly in a Conservation Areas, the best solution will often be to enhance, repair and retain the existing front (street facing) elevation, open up internal spaces to create a light filled, contemporary interior, suitable for modern living, and incorporate imaginative extensions at the rear, perhaps including a separate garden office or studio.
