HTP were appointed for this project in Montague Road in view of their extensive experience in renovating similar buildings, particularly in Conservation Areas in Richmond. HTP successfully achieved Planning Consent for a contemporary rear extension and a roof level dormer for a new shower room. In addition, major structural works were undertaken to open up and replan the various floors, renew all services, bathrooms, and install state of the art audio visual and similar facilities. Major structural repairs were undertaken to the roof. HTP selected* and coordinated the work of the whole Team and it was a very successful result.
