Located in Onslow Road, London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, KT2 SP1, the brief was to replan the interior for contemporary family life with 3 young children.. Also, to create modern bathroom and en suite layouts, a spacious master suite, and a new "orangery" style extension with a lantern light, to replace the existing leaking glass conservatory. The small existing basement was transformed with an access stair and new wall, floor and ceiling linings to create a utility room. Walls and floor were waterproofed using a Delta membrane system, specialist pump and drainage system. The extension was built in facing bricks, stone, and bespoke timber joinery, in traditional style, to match and enhance the existing building. The engineer, drainage surveyors, and Party Wall Surveyor were all selected and managed by HTP. Competitive tenders were obtained from contractors, and architectural support provided during the construction period.
