The existing house was a brick built, of no architectural or streetscape merit, and had an internal layout that did not lend itself to contemporary living. HTP submitted a series of Planning Applications to - 1 Totally replan the interior, with a full new basement. 2 Additional dormers at 2nd floor level. 3 A new and contemporary elevation treatment featuring black finish Fineline glazing, and white painted rendered walls. 4 The garden studio office was constructed under Permitted Development rules. HTP produced the construction drawings and integrated all the requirements of specialist suppliers into the scheme. HTP introduced a garden landscape designer and worked with her to create a stunning modern garden in the limited space available.
