Numerous listed building projects have been completed in Richmond. Doughty House is a large grade 2 listed property on the top of Richmond Hill, and is somewhat unique in having an extensive classical style gallery at the rear of the property. This was added by a previous owner to display his collection of Old Masters. HTP have obtained a series of Planning and Listed Building Consents, and are now working with the Design and Build Contractor on enabling and repair work, in order to transform the building into a magnificent private Residence.
