Initial replanning of the rooms and spaces is key to the success of the project, and to achieve the best result we produce options for consideration by the Client, and then develop a preferred scheme in more detail. This is where the Architect's training and skill comes into its own. Many schemes involve creating more spacious and open plan family rooms, that then flow into the garden seamlessly through large sliding, or sliding folding, high performance glazed doors. We achieve this by removing walls, and using fire protected steel beams which are normally integrated into the ceiling structure.
