Award-winning, RIBA-chartered architects based in London SE1, established 2001. We specialise in loft conversions, side and rear extensions, listed building refurbishments, interior design and residential developments across London. The practice was founded by Michael Trentham after extensive experience directing architectural projects in the Middle East and London. We are committed to design quality and simplicity, applying the same thoroughness whether a one-off piece of furniture or a large new-build mixed-use scheme. We work closely with you from the first free consultation through to handover, analysing constraints and opportunities to create efficient, innovative and beautifully crafted spaces for living, working and relaxing. Fixed fees are agreed upfront — no hourly rates, no surprises. We are committed to low energy and sustainable design, creatively using natural light, colour and everyday materials to create spaces that give you genuine pleasure and a sense of place, time and season. Our expertise ranges from individual Grade II listed refurbishments and extensions to modern new-build schemes. We offer a full range of architectural services including interior design, urban planning, feasibility studies and project management.
