About the practice

At NCA Architects, we design contemporary buildings that are beautifully crafted, sustainable and tailored to the way you want to live and work. Your vision sits at the centre of every project. We take the time to understand your brief, your site and your goals, creating a design that feels personal and genuinely yours. We work collaboratively from the first conversation to the final details, ensuring you feel supported and involved throughout the process. Our work is rooted in a strong understanding of construction and the craft of building. We enjoy combining traditional techniques with modern innovation, using natural, low impact materials wherever possible. The result is architecture that ages gracefully, performs efficiently and reduces both environmental impact and long term running costs. We have delivered a wide range of projects, including: – One off private homes – Listed buildings and sensitive refurbishments – Luxury apartments – Cultural and leisure buildings – Public realm projects – Timber and lightweight structures, from kiosks to theatres and museums We work confidently across rural and urban sites, new builds and conversions, for private clients, commercial clients and charities. We love what we do — and our clients regularly tell us how much they enjoy the journey with us. Whether you’re planning a new home, a refurbishment or a larger development, we’d be delighted to talk through your ideas.
