This refurbishment and extension of an end-of-terrace coastguard house prominently located in the Hastings Country Park. NCA’s challenge was to create an extension to withstand the cliff top extreme weather exposure and at the same time maximise the panoramic 270 degrees views. The practice created a warm and inviting space for the family to enjoy as a weekend retreat.
