About the practice

At DZP Studio, communication comes first. We look after our clients as well as their projects, and we keep every conversation fast, efficient and clear, in English, Mandarin or Italian. It’s what we’re proud of. We are a RIBA Chartered Practice based in London and Essex, designing homes and developments from the first sketch to the finished building, for developers, landowners and homeowners. We show what a site can hold before anyone commits, take schemes through planning, draw the construction set that builders price and build from, and stay involved on site. Our director is a RIBA Chartered Architect and a BREEAM Advisory Professional (Site and Design), and worked in the teams of international award-winning practices, including Heatherwick Studio, Grimshaw and AECOM. Recent work includes nine new homes on top of a commercial building in Waltham Forest, three houses from one plot near Epping, and a new office for an accountancy practice in East London. We also create our own products, and keep improving them, so we stay ahead in how projects are designed and run. Two are on our website today: plotwise by DZP, our report on what you could build at any address in England, the planning rules and the local market, ready to order online at any time; and titleblock, our quoting and invoicing system for businesses that want their admin to run smoothly.
