A family house in Bishop's Stortford with an integral garage that had never held a car. We measured the house on 12 March 2026, drew the garage conversion and a single-storey side extension with 3D views by 21 March, and the application was registered on 30 March: eighteen days, including a round of changes with the owners. Planning permission was granted, and the council noted it had considered the proposal in a positive and proactive manner. RIBA Stages 1 to 3.
