A developer bought a plot outside Epping with permission to turn one house into three: a pair of semi-detached four-bedroom houses and a new detached house. We treated the planning conditions as the first stage of construction and discharged seven in one application, then acted as Principal Designer, drew the full construction set and took Building Control and the Thames Water build-over through to approval. The houses are now on site, where we work with the builder and Building Control, with an updated planning application alongside. RIBA Stages 2 to 5.
