An accountancy practice in East London wanted its own small office on the land behind its premises: modern, and unlike anything else in a street of Victorian terraces and a 1930s block. We drew six options, tested each against the same street view, and took two to the final meeting: one dissolved in glass and planting, one in solid brick with its top floor floating out over the entrance. The client left with two buildings they liked and a clear picture of each. RIBA Stages 0 to 2. Visualisations rendered with AI assistance from our 3D model.
