About the practice

A leading residential London architecture studio, our practice began in 2000 with the founding directors’ shared passion for the intricacies and challenges of architectural design. This passion still remains at the heart of MSMR today. We believe that building development is a continuous, creative and collaborative process. Good design evolves through interrogation and refinement and a great concept must be matched by sophisticated, well-crafted detailing. Considered by many to be specialists in the prime and super-prime central London residential market, our portfolio also includes developments of all scales and ranges, from the very top end of the private market, to rental accommodation and affordable housing. At our design studio in Waterloo we have a dedicated team of over 40 highly-skilled architects working across a diverse portfolio including residential, hotel & leisure, mixed-use and commercial projects. Current projects include Ransome's Wharf in Battersea, One Bishopsgate Plaza and Morley House on Regent Street.
