The luxury development is built on a two-acre site at the heart of Kensington, overlooking neighbouring Holland Park. The scheme comprises 68 private apartments and four penthouse apartments, along with a residents’ lounge, cinema and leisure facilities including a 20m pool. MSMR provided client-side compliance and design services in relation to the interior fit out, from Stage 3 through to completion. Our work on the common areas involved close collaboration with Studio Reed. Completed Q4 2017.
