This development comprises the full demolition and reconstruction of a single mews house. A top-lit, internal atrium serves the newly excavated basement, providing a generous supply of natural light to the living areas at lower ground level. Construction was complicated by the existence of a 'flying freehold' with an adjoining listed building to the rear. The design achieved an EcoHomes rating of Very Good and was completed in summer 2013.
