About the practice

We are architects specialising in imaginatively adapting and sustaining old places. We work together with councils, organisations, companies and individuals to produce architecture, interiors and furniture. We are a small and focused team. We work with established partners as well as some people you may not have heard of - all are the very best of what they do. We specialise in housing, infilling gaps between buildings and developing brownfield sites. We have 27 years of experience working in listed buildings and conservation areas. We do this because it's less wasteful. We do this because people adore places with history. It creates social, cultural and financial value. We are loyal to our clients and are proud that they say we don’t let them down. Our business is built almost exclusively on their recommendations.
