Our winning competition entry to Peabody’s small projects panel to design 12 houses in Morpeth Road in Hackney is the first project from the panel to successfully gain planning approval. The 12 homes are arranged along a garden wall. 9 of the homes are 1 and 2 bedroom, the other three dwellings are 3 bedroom family homes. The brick wall and paving stitch the new development into the surrounding community. The bold angular shapes of the roofs create identifiable homes, with open plan spaces, and step-free access into private courtyards. We are providing the services of both lead consultant and architect.
