We secured planning permission to adapt Herbert Gibb’s old furniture factory in February 2023, the renovation of the former furniture factory in Hackney is used by a number of existing creative tenants. The project will adapt and sustain the existing building to improve the accessibility, connect-ability and thermal performance, conceived as part of the wider co-working community in the De Beauvoir Block managed by the Benyon Estate, the building will be given a new lease of life and be host to multiple contemporary businesses.
