BRE is a world leading multi-disciplinary building science centre with a mission to improve the built environment through research and knowledge generation. We have worked with the team to produce a masterplan of the site in north of Watford is adjacent to the M1 Motorway. As part of that masterplan we were asked to design a new building for the 21st century which would act as an Open Innovation Hub at the centre of the campus. This new building will be an inspirational and flexible building at the heart of BRE campus for start-ups and collaborators.
