About the practice

Miller Partnership Architects are a relatively small but very capable practice. Based in our own self built office and home, the practice works across the North East region, principally on bespoke residential commissions, small to medium commercial developments and work within historic environments. Good design can transform any home or place. The space you occupy should support the way you want to live. From small scale remodelling to building our own home – we have done it all and understand from the inside the importance of careful thinking and making the right choices. We firmly believe that well designed buildings can and should be economical to build and to run. This approach is reflected in the range of awards the practice has won for design, sustainability, including RIBA and regional awards The practice focus is increasingly, although not exclusively, upon residential design. We work at all scales from smaller domestic extensions to one off bespoke houses and larger residential developments.
