About the practice

Romy and David are conscientious architects that enjoy meeting design challenges with innovative, poetic and playful solutions. We are equally concerned that the existing housing stock represents around 27% of the UK’s carbon emissions and have signed up to the RIBA’s 2030 Carbon Challenge to help encourage people to upgrade their properties At the heart of our design ethos is a desire to promote comfortable, energy efficient and affordable buildings through a well considered design process with an emphasis on textures, sustainable materials and good detailed design. To this end we offer space planning consultations, whole building design solutions and retrofit strategy assessments.
