About the practice

Becoming X is a small, design-led architecture and research studio with a hands-on, personal approach. We’re passionate about working closely with clients, no matter the size of the project - from thoughtful home improvements to long-term community collaborations. We specialise in creative reuse and sustainable design, always exploring new ways to preserve and adapt existing buildings and places.
