The project included the conversion of a loft space to a Victorian terraced house in a Conservation Area in South East London. Due to planning restrictions, the project was built within the existing form of the roof and avoided a sizeable rear box dormer. The project also employed wood-based insulation as well as timber and lime finishes to minimise its carbon footprint.
