This Victorian ground floor terraced flat was reimagined by Becoming X with minimal changes to the layout that maximised the available space and transformed the apartment's usability and removed unnecessary circulation. The home was completely renovated with insulation added to the existing suspended floor and new double glazing throughout. The project uses a simple material pallet that prioritises existing and re-used materials.
