Founded in 1954, by Raymond J. Playle, as Chartered Quantity Surveyors we have extended our services to include Architecture, Building Surveying, Contract Management, Party Wall Advice, Access Consultancy, Principal Designer/CDM Consultant and Expert Witness. This collaborative approach promotes a sharing of knowledge and lateral thinking to every clients brief and informs the Architectural design decisions we make collaboratively. The company objective is to deliver the highest level of service, with expert advice and actively pursue continual improvement. As Construction and Property Consultants we recognise that every project depends upon a delicate set of balances. We operate a QMS in accordance with ISO9001:2015 which ensures the needs and expectations of our customers and any other relevant ‘interested parties’ are met. Playle & Partners LLP is committed to the implementation of BIM and fully supports its collaborative working to achieve effective and efficiently designed, constructed and managed projects. Playle & Partners LLP have an Architecture team focused on delivering a high-quality service with commitment to our Clients.
