About the practice

We work exclusively on the design of alterations to historic houses, listed buildings, scheduled ancient monuments and buildings in conservation areas. James Mackintosh Architects Ltd is an RIBA chartered practice with offices in Chipping Norton and central Oxford. We hold accreditation in conservation and carry out work across the country.
