We have provided consultancy services for the Old Manor, advising the client on condition during the sale of the property and helping interrogate the status of previous consents to inform the conveyancing process. We recently carried out a fire audit of the property which helped the owner identify a safer location for a new kitchen, and identify sensitive alterations to existing historic doors to make the property safe for their family.
