SPORTS PROJECTS FOR SPORTS CLUBS AND SCHOOLS: We work with facilities managers, school bursars, estates managers, landlords, building owners or CEOs who need help to plan for the future. We have expertise in the design of sporting facilities from £200k to £8 million in construction value including gyms, tennis clubs, football clubs and small stadia. In 2025, we gained planning permission for 5000m2 of development for Sun Hotels at the River Club Sports Club in Kingston in the London Green Belt. In 2026 we designed a new 350m2 dining pavilion and gym for Garmin in Southampton. RENOVATION PROJECTS: We have expertise in gaining planning permission for the renovation of historic buildings. Projects include The Roundhouse Theatre in Camden Town, the Heals Estate Office Development in central London. We will work with you to ensure your project runs smoothly. PROJECT MANAGEMENT: From 2025 to the present, we have been the Project Manager for the renovation of retail and hospitality spaces within the grade 2 listed Praed St station (Paddington, London). DESIGN ADVISOR: In 2025 Graham acted as a design advisor to the City of Gosport. I write briefs+ complete viability assessments for clients.
