About the practice

If you want to build, renovate or extend in or near north London, and you are looking for experienced, design led residential specialists, ERA would be great architects for you. Their projects have featured in several national and international design magazines including Grand Designs, Wallpaper, RIBA Journal, The Times and RIBA Journal. They have been selected for New London Architecture’s Don’t Move Improve exhibition a number of times and London Open House invited them to open one of their projects to the public on Open House weekend and they have been on Channel 4’s Extraordinary Extensions. ERA lead extension and renovation house projects from first ideas to construction completion, with teams of trusted consultants and builders. Most of their projects have budgets of between £300,000 to £800,000. They are a small practice by choice. Each of their projects gets the two director’s full attention and each client gets a bespoke service.
