Sam’s family wanted to revamp their living spaces. Their roof was drafty and leaky and everything was a bit worn. We drew lots of layout options till they were happy, then we did detailed technical design to make everything as minimal looking as possible and to avoid and surprises during construction. We brought on board great builders and various specialists who we have worked with for years. Construction went very smoothly and Sam’s family are all very happy with the finished house.
