Wellspace Architects, are a diverse RIBA Chartered Practice based in Birmingham. Covering the wider West Midlands area such as Walsall, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield and Lichfield. Founded during 2020 our vision is to create spaces that enhance people’s lives by sustainably designing for better living, wellbeing, health, and happiness. Our approach is to integrate various principles, look at human psychology and research to create positive emotional experiences within everyday design. We create innovative user-centric solutions, balancing environmental impacts and economic viability. We use our experience from listed buildings, care homes, medical grade healthcare, schools, community buildings and designer-led homes to create along with an entrepreneurial approach to truly deliver exceptional design value.
