We've successfully merged traditional and contemporary elements to create a versatile and welcoming home environment. The sense of space is amplified through our careful design of an open floor plan, ensuring a natural flow throughout the property. The home will have a boot room, separate from the utility laundry, a sizeable and welcoming entryway, and an open-plan family room. With the recent shift towards remote working, dedicated areas have been incorporated for home-working purposes. The master bedroom suite now features a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite for added convenience and luxury. We've drawn on the contrast of old and new in the fusion design. The front of the house has been revitalised with a contemporary porch, while the core structure retains its traditional charm. The design also optimises natural daylight, bathing the entire home in an uplifting glow. The garden has been integrated with the indoor spaces, maximising access and views, particularly from the main bedroom which enjoys a stunning vista over the canal. Connections between rooms have been carefully considered, such as between the living room and the open plan space, and the music room with the living room. Meanwhile, the hot tub area provides an easy route to the shower room. The snug music room has been redesigned as a calming retreat for evening relaxation, reading and music.
