We are Swann Edwards Architecture and we exist to serve and design, creating buildings and spaces in collaboration with key stakeholders to deliver the client’s vision. We are a team of experts and Chartered Professionals comprising of Architects, Town Planners, Technologists, Passivhaus Designers, Health and Safety, SAP and SBEM Energy Assessors. Working from our Award Winning Certified Passivhaus Studio in North Cambridgeshire we operate predominately across Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and South Lincolnshire. We are a client focussed practice and pride ourselves on providing the highest level of customer service combined with quality design information. We embrace the individualism, dreams, needs and values of our clients with the focus on doing the job right. We have no stylistic fixation and ensure that we listen to our clients placing you at the heart of each project to provide solutions that meet needs and deliver your aspirations and vision. Our diverse skill sets allow us to offer the full range of Architectural Services across all sectors whether an extension to your home, a bespoke energy efficient dwelling, community building, or a large commercial project. Our team is experienced in delivering a full service from RIBA Work Stages 0 to 7 (Inception to Completion). We offer flexibility of service, providing choice and guidance to allow informed decisions and a tailored service that meets the client’s needs. Our services include Planning Consultancy, feasibility, Planning and Building Regulation Packages, Tender Packages, Contract Administration, 3D visualisations, Sustainable Design, Energy Assessments (including SBEMs & EPCs) and Certified Passivhaus Designs.
