The purpose built showroom and service centre is 640m2 and includes a car showroom, a dedicated customer handover area, a workshop facility, customer lounge and class 4 and 7 MOT bay and a large forecourt and road frontage. The brownfield nature of the site posed a number of issues due to contamination and buried fuel tanks as well as drainage issues, we worked with specialist consultants and the contractor to resolve the issues while managing programme and budget. This development has allowed Paragon Motor Company to continue to contribute to the local economy and build on their success over the past 15 years by providing an increased level of service and vehicles to their customers in a modern accessible environment.
