We believe that buildings of any type or scale should generate a thoroughly positive experience for people who commission them, work or live in them, visit them, or simply encounter them in passing. Our greatest satisfaction comes from designing buildings that are memorable whilst surpassing the expectations of clients, local authorities and communities. Regardless of project size or value, we offer a simple pragmatic design approach and service. We develop a clear design concept that creates a shared vision that enables us and the design team to deliver buildings of quality which are responsive and functional to client needs and budgets and to their surrounds, and which also create valuable user experiences, some often truly unique. We work across many building types and scales that typically have multiple users and functions. As Architects & Design Team Leaders, our extensive experience in various sectors allows us to provide full design services from inception through to completion and we believe that extensive knowledge and understanding of all technical detailing leads to the production of great buildings. Notably in the UK, Denton Corker Marshall has designed several high-profile buildings, including the internationally acclaimed Stonehenge Visitor Centre and The Manchester Civil Justice Centre, a finalist for the Stirling Award. For the 2012 Olympics, we designed the No1 residential block and over the decades we have worked with a host of celebrated Interior Designers on hotels such as the Sanderson Hotel, London Edition, and the Mandarin Oriental in Knightsbridge.
