About the practice

We believe that buildings of any type or scale should generate a thoroughly positive experience for the people who commission them, work or live in them, visit them, or simply encounter them in passing. Our greatest satisfaction comes from designing buildings that are memorable regardless of project scale or value. We offer a simple pragmatic architectural approach and develop clear design concepts that create a shared vision enabling the delivery of buildings of quality which are responsive and functional. We work across many building types and scales that typically have multiple users and functions. Our extensive experience in numerous sectors allows us to provide full design services from inception through to completion and we believe that extensive knowledge and understanding of all technical detailing leads to the production of great buildings. Notably in the UK, Denton Corker Marshall has designed several high-profile buildings, including the internationally acclaimed Stonehenge Visitor Centre and The Manchester Civil Justice Centre, a finalist for the Stirling Prize.
