BCAE Architects is a RIBA Chartered architecture, interior design and project management studio working across Lancashire, Cheshire and beyond. We specialise in bespoke homes, transformative renovations, complex adaptations and planning-sensitive developments. From exceptional countryside homes and Green Belt sites to listed buildings and highly tailored family homes, we help clients navigate complex projects with clarity, confidence and calm authority. Our approach begins with understanding how people live. By listening carefully and developing a clear strategy from the outset, we create homes that are both beautifully designed and practical to live in, responding thoughtfully to their setting and the needs of those who use them. Alongside luxury new-build homes, extensions and heritage projects, we have extensive experience designing homes for people living with disabilities and complex needs, working closely with occupational therapists, case managers and specialist consultants to create environments that support independence, wellbeing and long-term adaptability.
