About the practice

2PM Architects is a RIBA Chartered Practice based in London, founded in 2010 by Peter Wraight and Mathew Byron. We specialise in residential architecture for homeowners, providing end-to-end architectural services that help transform and improve the way people live. Our work includes house extensions, home renovations, loft and basement conversions, new-build homes, and interior architectural design. We also have specialist expertise in conservation areas, listed buildings, and Passivhaus sustainable homes. We guide clients through the entire process, from feasibility studies, concept design, and planning applications to technical drawings, contractor selection, and construction contract administration. Our approach combines creative design with technical detail to deliver homes that are beautifully designed, carefully built, and tailored to modern living.
