2PM Architects delivered a full transformation of a Victorian terraced house in Highgate, London, within the London Borough of Haringey. The project included a double-storey rear extension that unifies the ground floor and visually connects the kitchen, living, and dining areas, maximising natural daylight throughout the interior. A bespoke metal staircase with open treads and glass balustrading links the lower floor playroom to the main living spaces, creating a sense of openness and flow. 2PM Architects managed planning approvals with Haringey Council, prepared detailed technical and construction drawings, coordinated structural engineering input, and oversaw construction to deliver a contemporary, light-filled family home that blends modern design with period character.
