2PM Architects secured Planning Permission from Westminster Council for the complete transformation of a substantial property in St John’s Wood, London NW8. The design incorporated a two-storey front extension, a striking single-storey rear glass-box extension, a full basement conversion, and a loft conversion, maximising space across all levels of the house. A bespoke staircase and double-height glazed volume create a dramatic focal point and seamless vertical connection through the home.
