Patrick Wilson Architects is able to provide a single point of contact for the complete re-evaluation of all types of buildings for refurbishment, repair and redevelopment and contribute to the preparation of Business Plans for submission for funding applications. We can assess and add value to property and provide consultancy for grant applications, statutory constraints, programme and budgetary control, construction contract administration and phasing of any work. The Practice provides appropriate technological solutions to Design problems and this is coupled with strong management to give more as a whole, than the sum of the parts. This is achieved as a result of a broad base of design and construction experience. Clients can expect a strong cross discipline team approach while retaining a highly personal service.
