Repair and Modernisation of brick under thatch cottage pre-1770. Severe structural failure of main roof structure requiring new structure alongside retained with new thatch roof covering. Other external repairs included new roof to 1930s rear extension and replaced steel windows with new timber in style to match original. Internal modernisation to replan ground floor and rear extension providing 2No reception rooms and Kitchen with 3No. bedrooms and bathroom. Conservation work included lime plaster repairs and opening up of original fireplace back to original construction. Re-landscaping of immediate surrounds.
