About the practice

We are a young, visionary architectural design studio, based in both North and South London. The practice was formed in 2022 after both Peter and Chelsie decided to merge their own prospective practices to form MALIN+LYNN. We have a real passion for working alongside likeminded clients on residential projects to create fantastic homes and spaces for people to reside and enjoy. MALIN+LYNN has full capabilites for handling projects of different sizes, ranging from high-end basements, bespoke home extensions, contemporary residential refurbishments, and creative interior design. Our services range in terms of the scope of work you require. We can provide you with the full turnkey solution, from the initial concept to the planning stage, to the technical design of the architecture and interiors, and project management. The end result is a unique, functional and light-filled space.
