No extensions were constructed during this project, solely a full refurbishment of the existing footprint, internally. New wiring/plumbing services to upgrade house to 21st Century, installation of insulation to all walls and floors (previously had none). Relocation and opening of walls to create functional, bright and spaces rooms including a Principal Bedroom, with Dressing Room and En Suite. Reinstating original features and new additions that compliment the style and heritage of the property.
