About the practice

We have an excellent track record of delivering successful projects involving the design of residential accommodation, whether for private rental or for student residences. We specialise in brown field sites requiring regeneration and redevelopment. We work in both Town/City centres as well as edge of centre locations. We often combine mixed use schemes facilitating retail and commercial uses alongside the accommodation. In addition we have delivered a major new academic building occupied by Liverpool John Moores Hotel and 62 room extension to Hope Street Hotel in Liverpool.
