About the practice

We are a husband and wife team and have worked together since 2003, starting up Green & Teggin Architects in 2010. We work predominantly with clients using an architect for the first time to improve their family home, although we also work with developers and provide design and build services. We have complimentary skills, one being trained in Passivhaus and the other as a conservation architect. Although we are passionate about creating beautifully crafted spaces, at the heart of everything we do, we try to reflect the personality of the client in the end product, whilst being sensitive to the existing fabric of the building. As well as offering the full range of architectural services, we also offer one off design consultations where we consider your home holistically to reveal its full potential and minimise costly renovation mistakes. We have a book out, How to extend your Victorian terraced house, published by the RIBA that is based on these consultations.
