About the practice

At the centre of our approach is the desire to produce beautifully crafted and thoughtful architecture. Bindloss Dawes is an architecture studio based in Bruton, Somerset, founded in 2018, we have since undertaken projects across the United Kingdom, Europe and the Caribbean, including new build and retrofitted family homes, community retreats and creative studios. We enjoy working with natural and sustainable materials, and have a network of trusted specialist designers and makers to help us realise details at any scale, which all combine to result in beautiful places our clients will treasure. We work collaboratively with our clients to deliver buildings and spaces that sensitively serve unique needs, whilst striving for permanence and quality. Our work balances city and country sensibilities, developed over years delivering complex and celebrated architecture across private residential, retail, cultural and community projects.
