About the practice

Founded in 2017, Atelier Baulier is an architecture and interior design studio based in London, focussed on making bespoke and sustainable residential projects, hospitality and retail schemes. The studio is known for designing detail-lead environments, using honest materials to create inspiring and beautiful permanent spacial experiences, for a diverse range of clients. Atelier Baulier's founder, Aurore Baulier RIBA, qualified as a Part III Architect in Rennes, Brittany, in 2010. She studied for a Masters in Sustainable Architecture in Gothenburg before working for two local architectural practices in Brittany and subsequently moving to London. She is also a qualified PassivHaus designer. We thrive on collaboration and embrace our clients tastes and inspirations; we work together to create bespoke and practical spaces tailored to their lifestyle. Materiality matters to us, we carefully curate a project palette taking into account sustainability, durability and well-being. We have a keen eye for details, unveiling generosity in simplicity.
