About the practice

2M Architects was set up in 2009 by Tamsin after working for a number of years in private practice on residential, educational and commercial projects. Tamsin has established client bases in the Epping Forest District and Maldon District in Essex and also in Cornwall. 2M Architects is an innovative, design led practice that works closely with its clients to provide a bespoke, tailored, friendly, affordable, all encompassing architectural service. The majority of 2M's work is within the residential sector, where Tamsin is happy to work on small extensions, larger home improvement projects, bespoke one-off houses and residential housing developments. 2M Architects do also deal with small commercial and educational projects. Tamsin is always more than willing to discuss your project with you over a cup of tea and, as you are reading this, she is always grateful for the opportunity to work with new clients, as well as existing ones, to create 'amazing spaces'.
