We provided a full architectural and interior design service for the restoration and refurbishment of a distinctive and significant Strawberry Hill style Grade II listed former Vicarage near Kingsbridge, Devon. Our services included planning and listed building applications, construction drawings including kitchen design, bathroom design and joinery designs to fabric and furniture selection. The approval of a new swimming pool and pavilion building together with informal seating and lounging areas was incorporated into the new landscape design. Details included the restoration and refurbishment of the many important listed features and new joinery and furniture throughout the house that have invigorated this family home with a new lease of life.
